Leads Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual as a Leads Manager with experience using a variety of marketing tools to optimize and drive customers and funnel conversions to the right departments within Modern Flips. As a Leads Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing those marketing systems, tools, software, and infrastructures needed to increase inbound lead generations and to drive those leads to sales conversions. This is a high visibility position with a direct impact on revenue for the business.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work remote
  • CA real estate license (required)
  • Computer Literate
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Sales background (not required but preferred)
  • Organize and manage time effectively
  • Technology-driven
  • A proficient understanding of underwriting and analysis for companies of all sizes and complexities
  • A high degree of comfort and familiarity with the use and application of commercial lending principles
  • Familiarity with the area’s real estate market and current real estate trends

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain high level client relationships
  • Negotiate property pricing
  • Run comps on properties daily
  • Host occasional showings
  • Hit weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Responsible for sourcing, securing, developing, and retaining profitable banking relationships within the assigned region
  • Maintaining and growing current relationships by presenting new opportunities to existing clients
  • Create documents such as contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their want and needs in buying or selling their property
  • Give potential investors or sellers with necessary information about their local market
  • Assist investors and sellers with our process
