Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a lead generation specialist to procure deals in commercial and residential specifically in the Southern California area by cold calling. This is a great opportunity for an individual interested in commercial and residential real estate to learn from an experienced professional about the industry!

As a lead generation specialist, you will prospect of an acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our customer relationship management system (CRM). You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Acquisition/Disposition Manager.

  • Able to work independently without requiring supervision as well as able to work on a team to reach sales goals

Qualification

  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • As a lead generation specialist, you will be on the phone quite a bit. We need someone who is comfortable cold calling (this may be anywhere from 50-100 people per day)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have strong phone skills as well as exceptional phone etiquette
  • Previous lead generation specialist  telemarketing, cold calling, door salesman, or sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of lead generation
  • The skills to build relationships with people
  • Must be able to work remote

Responsibilities

  • You will be scheduling appointments and managing  database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  •  Obtaining the necessary information from buyer and seller leads 
  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the team’s Acquisition Manager
  • Actively follow up with leads
  • You will be communicating with leads via email, text messages, and phone calls
  • Manage inbound inquiries to convert leads to appointments
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
